No the models that are sold to Best Buy, according to Traeger, are at a fraction of the cost and are not to be sold to the public as the don’t work. I got one and gave the serial number to Traeger and was told by their team that that should not have happened! Very disappointing in Best Buy as the grills are over 800.00
