TurboTax Business 2024 is recommended if you have a partnership, own a S or C Corp, Multi-Member LLC, manage a trust or estate, or need to file a separate tax return for your business. TurboTax Business does not support personal tax returns, Form 1040. To complete a personal tax return you would have to use one of the personal editions of TurboTax. TurboTax Home & Business would be used if you are self-employed, an independent contractor, freelancer, small business owner, sole proprietor, or consultant to file a personal return and include smalls business expenses and gains.
