• Turbotax deluxe should work. However, if you venture into something that it doesn't cover, it allows you to upgrade on line. I have used deluxe when I sold a vacation home.

• If you are using the CD/Download version, you can use TurboTax Deluxe + State 2021 for investments and sale of an investment, for more guidance the Premier version is recommended.
