• You need to transfer the file from your phone (possibly by email) to you laptop and then run the installation on your laptop.

• Our TurboTax Online and TurboTax Mobile products work in tandem with each other, however, our Desktop product is separate. You can download TurboTax on your phone and use it alongside Online through our website or use our Desktop version but you will need to pick one or the other for the best experience. Your download/install instructions for the Desktop product will be shown in your order confirmation email or in your order details in your BestBuy account after purchasing.
