• Yes, either or. The activation code is needed for either a download or using the installation disk. Only difference is the time saved with the initial download.

• CD is easy but you can download if your laptop those not have a CD drive.

• If you do the download it’s not as operational easiest the desk. You can only buy one of the other. If you buy the disc loaded onto your PC or Mac and come back to it very easy to do.

• This comes with a CD for installing into PC. Can also download electronic version. A user key code comes in the CD case. Enter the code after installing or downloading to activate software.
