“I purchased a 50" TV and Bracket for an installation cost of $199.99. They want to charge an additonal $99.99 to uninstall current TV. What is definition of Uninstalled. Current TV just needs to be lifted off bracket. Nothing more”

You mentioned that they needed to remove your TV and mounted bracket before the installation of your new TV and mounting bracket. There is evidently a $99 fee to do so. I had the same problem, But, they had to do it in 2 rooms including changing the mounting brackets. I can't do it, so I was happy to pay someone to not have to worry about it anymore. I just wanted it taken care of.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This was a very old mount that would not just release and lift up. Had to remove the 4 screws that attached to tv with about 2 inches of room to loosen those screws from behind.
