I got the basic mount installation and they set up my firestick/ remote to my TV.

It appears that the service for the appointment is a "Basic TV Mounting" which is just going to be the mounting and ensuring that it works. You can absolutely ask the agent coming out but they will only be allotted so much time for just the mounting. If your appointment is far enough out, we can try and change the service to include a more thorough connection of the smart features.
