“I just bought my twinkly and I'm a bit disappointed. Out of the box some of the led are not lighting up. Does anybody has a suggestion before I return it back?? Please!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unplug the unit. Press and hold the round black button on the controller. While holding the button, plug them back in an continue to hold button until lights flash several times then turn red. This is the factory reset procedure. Once done, unplug and plug back in. Wait about 10-15 seconds, and the lights should come on, on some kind of rainbow setting. If you still have inop LEDs, it must be defective. Good luck!
