Hi! Thanks to the option of creating your own effects with our Fx Wizard function, you'll be able to choose lots of effect features including speed! As well as a large variety of effects with different characteristics that you can download in our effect Store or you can find in the effect preset list. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They have many options and I am sure you can get them to twinkle slowly. You can program even more patterns than they come with although I haven't tested that part.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they do. You can also create your own patterns, but the effects provided by the app are really good and even they can be configured by changing the color and speed of the effect.
