“The green light flashes on the side of the power pack...directions say to reposition the phones connection to the power pack to avoid over heating....is this a typo error...as I have tried numerous Tzumi PocketJuice chargers and they all flash green.”

• The flashing green light lets you know it's charging the phone. It's supposed to do that.
