This is not natively compatible with the Pixel 9 Pro XL, as this phone uses the original Qi wireless charging standard. However, you can purchase a case that is MagSafe/Qi2 compatible for your phone that would allow this magnetic bank to stick to your phone and work as intended. As for the laptop, as long as it charges via USB-C (which it appears it does) it may charge slowly, as your laptop anticipates 65W but the power bank wired output is 30W. I hope this helps!
