You can rewind the shows you record, but you can't rewind live television.

Yes it can rewind. When you want to rewind,simply press the select button on your device. You will see a pause ,rewind ,or play icon at the bottom left side of the screen. Select rewind and it will go back about 10 seconds.

Yes. With the DVR service, you have full DVR support, including rewinding and pausing. Without the DVR service, you can still pause up to one hour and rewind up to five minutes as long as your device has 1.5GB of RAM (this is most devices except the FireTV Stick).
