• There is a separate version for cable. The one here will only record over the air channels. I believe it is called the HDHomerun Prime that will work with Cable, but it only works with non-encrypted channels so check with your provider beforehand.

• As long as you get those chanel locally, not through a pay cable. This will only get any stations off an antennae.

• If those channels are "available" over the air from your antenna - then yes you can go to www.tvfool.com and see what channels you may expect to receive at your home If they are CableTV only channels - then you will need the HDHomeRun PRIME
