• Could not be easier. Just fold it open and screw in lock nuts.

• So easy, just take out of box, lift handles and screw in knobs to hold them up, put on saftey key and that's it, thats what makes it a great treadmill, just maintain belt with oil that they give you about once a month, they give wrenches to adjust belt but it was fine.
