Will this work to charge my pencil from my iPad pro null

NO, not on my 1st generation of IPAD Pro

The iPad chargers the pencil directly. Pop the top of the pencil of ands plug it into the iPad charging port.

The iPad Pro needs a 2nd gen Apple Pencil. Which charges by Bluetooth. It won’t work with a 1st gen Apple Pencil.
