• I can sometimes find the Best Buy steelbooks in Best Buy stores near game release. If not, there’s always eBay and Mercari

• I went to my local best buy store today to buy the game. Since this steelbook is meant to be free only for those who pre-ordered, they sold it to me for $9.99+tax. Problem is they don't have it in stock anymore, so they had to ship it to me. The kind best buy staff also waived the shipping fee. You can probably inquire the same thing by visiting your local store.
