- Answer Nope you cannot get money back no matter how hard you try . The store all they can do is give you 1800 number. Try to send a screen shot to them see what happens there worth of try. Good luck.

- Answer I usually pay cash for the card, but I have used my VISA card to purchase a card once and had no problems. I'm not sure if you are going to go to the Steam web site to purchase the card but I know you can do it that way.

- Answer Are you referring to the silver rectangle on the back of the card? If so you scratch that off and there is a code for you to input.

- Answer I am not sure what you referring to. If you are asking what "Multi" means as a part of a Multi-pack of gift cards then you get a certain number of gift cards. For example a $45 multi-pack gift card set could be divided into 3 $15 gift cards.
