• I know you can buy them and send a photo of front and back if youre not close by to who you want to use it

• I dont think so, I usually walk in buy them myself try calling the store but I highly doubt it due to gift card scams going around. Some stores you have to actually answer questions on the pin pad before purchasing. Hope this helps!
