Nope you cannot get money back no matter how hard you try . The store all they can do is give you 1800 number. Try to send a screen shot to them see what happens there worth of try. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My $60 card didn't work either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ended up contacting STEAM. The card probably was not activated before it was sent out by BEST BUY. It seems that BEST BUY has been doing this quite often. I finally went to BEST BUY and they finally activated my STEAM gift card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try clearing your online history, then process the card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually if you have the receipt they should be able to help you at the store. You can go to steam support and email them and see what assistance they can provide. I don't know of any direct phone number to steam but I have had positive experiences with using their email support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call the corporation number and be persistent with a manger/supervisor. Make sure you keep your receipt.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you waited a couple of hours without typing in the code yet? If not, wait a couple of hours and try again then. If so, or if you're still having problems after waiting a couple of hours, log out of Steam and log back in again. Then try activating your code. If you are STILL having problems, I'd suggest you contact Steam Support about this. Steam Support requires an account that is DIFFERENT to your Steam Account, so if you don't have a Steam Support account you'll need to create one. https://support.steampowered.com/register Once you have your Steam Support account, you'll need to create a new ticket: https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php Make sure you show photographic proof of your Steam Wallet code receipt, making sure to write your Support Ticket number on the receipt (You'll need to create your ticket to get your Ticket number and then add to your ticket with the photo afterwards).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had an issue with the code on the card I bought coming off. If the problem is code input related, take a picture of the card itself and send it to Steam customer support. There should be an email address on the card. Hopefully, this is helpful~
