Best Buy has a Steam card you can load any value. I believe they are available near the check-out counters.

The minimum amount is $5.00, and other amounts are available too ($10, $25, $50, $100). Simply add $5.00 and then $25.00, and there's your $30.00! Or add 6 of the $5.00 amounts, or maybe 3 of the $10.00 amounts, or maybe a combination!
