“My Samsung S21+ works fine with this projector, but my girlfriend's iPhone 13 doesn't show video. It connects, we can see her phone's screen & all the audio, but when she opens Hulu, Netflix, etc. & plays a movie, only the audio plays. Screen's blk. Help?”

• Certain apps such as Netflix and Hulu have cast restrictions on apple devices which is why you’re seeing this issues unfortunately

• Hi there, Since all content on these streaming services, such as Netflix, is classified by the HDCP protocol, our projector does not support streaming movies over the phone. The same things apply to HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, HULU and others. Note: UGC content on Youtube and TikTok is not subjected to the protocol. Instead, you can connect an Amazon Fire TV Stick / Google Chromecast to the projector to stream Netflix movies. Here are 2 videos for your reference.
