QuestionWhere can I find the MAC address for the projector? My school’s wifi does not work with this projector and the only way it can connect is by using the MAC address.

- Answer Hi there, You need to connect the projector to your WiFi network to be able to check its MAC address. In this case, we suggest you turn on mobile hotspot on your phone and connect the projector to this WiFi hotspot. This way, you should be able to view the MAC address on the projector. Hope this helps.
