The projector supports: USB drive format: USB 2.0 drive; Fat 32/NTFS, capacity ≤192GB SD card format: FAT32 and less than 32G Resolution: ≤1080P Video format: AVI / MP4 / MKV / FLV / MOV / RMVB / 3GP / MPEG1 / MPEG2 / H.264 / XVID - Vankyo Support Team

AVI/MP4/MKV/FLV/MOV/RMVB/MPEG2/MPEG1?3GP/Hx264/Xvid/JPEG Are the only supported file types for video/picture audio requires AAC/MP2/MP3/PCM/FLAC/WMA if your file your trying to play doesn't match the video/audio requirement one of two things will happen either only audio will work. (if video doesn't match) only video will work. (if audio doesn't match) or neither will work. (if both don't match)
