No. It's horizontal only and there is no option to tilt the head whatsoever. It is incredibly sturdy and very stable though.

No, it is horizontal only. There are no adjustments to the table, you can only level it with the legs.

The only way to tilt the projector is by adjusting the legs, but you will only be able to adjust within a couple inches. This would not work for your application.

The stand plate does not tilt. However you can adjust the legs in multiple stages to get the tilt and/or level adjusted.
