I would recommend you look in to GlocalMe and SmartGo Pokefi (www mypokefi com ), skyroam, or roamingman. PokeFi is probably the cheapest to run at $15 per 5GB but check if it works in your country. Warning that Pokefi data isn't really fast but it's fast enough for general use. JetPack 8800L is advertised as "Globabal ready in over 200 countries" so you may want to verify at https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/international/ .
