• A:Answer Yes,it plugs in to electrical outlet. The cord is 300 Volt,I personally run it on my 2200 watt predator invertor/generator and even with my ps4 pro and tv and lamp on it runs fine,the only problem I've had with my unit is cassette tapes have some issues when I put them in. Although it could just be the cassette tape I'm trying to play. I received a somewhat free ( Just had to pay shipping) replacement needle for this model when I bought it.I just had to go on the victrola website and make an account and put in a code.

Q: QuestionDoes this have automatic arm set and return for record player?

• A:Answer I do not believe so. You have to manually set arm to outside of record and push a lever to lower the arm and it plays until the record hit label.

Q: QuestionI understand that the included software only records to MP3. But using a different audio recording software, such as Audacity - will the USB port output work to record other formats - not just mp3 - such as to a CD burner. TIA!
