Music & etc in movies are usually MUCH louder than the dialog, does this soundbar have a way to either cap the music & sound effects levels or the volumes in general so it won't go beyond the set number? null

In the menu of the TV or streaming device, turn sound check on. That should normalize sound from peak highs to peak lows. Dynamic sound will be flatter overall.
