“Will this device let the TV it's connecting to by BT also allow the TV's audio to sound as well as audio from this device, i.e. simultaneously, instead of one OR the other? Also, what version of BT does this device support? Our TV uses BT version 4.1.”

Im sorry I dont know the answer to specifics on soundbar. I will say the soundbar is only way to hear television efficently
