• It does not. It’s mainly to show the input it’s on (BT, HDMI-ARC, Optical, etc) and to show the settings you’re on, such as TruVolume to turn it on or off.

• It does not show a number. The sound bar has vertical LED lights on the front panel that increase in size and brightness as the sound is increased.
