Bought this TV less than 2 mos ago. Have had issues with the remote for nearly the entire time. Just doesn’t work. I’ve replaced with brand new batteries. Is there a fix? If not, I’ll just replace with a different TV. null

@Lori, if it’s not within 15 days you’re stuck with it. I have the extended warranty which mess that the geek squad had to take it and see if they can “fix it”. If not, then they’ll replace it. 
I told them I don’t want a replacement of a tv that failed to work within 2 mos. Glad I got the warranty but mad AF if I don’t get another TV.

No Fix. Vizio customer service worse. Replace TV like ID. Ban ViZIO products of any kind.
