A:AnswerThere is no guide feature on the TV remote. You have to use the remote to your cable box, dish, etc. to access the guide to channels and program info. The TV remote only accommodates features related directly for tv picture, color, brightness etc. Your cable remote should be universal and can be programmed to work both the TV and cable functions.
A:AnswerThis television does not have a Comcast application. We are continually evaluating new applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. In the meantime, you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications or Airplay content to the television from your mobile device.
