Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m pretty sure that you need to go into your tv audio settings and turn off the tv speakers. Read your tv manual. It should have info about how to set up external speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem at the beginning. Make sure CEC is turned on and the speakers on the TV are turned off. This will for the wireless speakers to turn on. The mistake I made was to turn on the soundbar without first connecting the subwoofer to power and this made the speakers to the wireless subwoofer not be part of the initial setup.
