“When watching a show, if there is music in the background, it drowns out dialogue. Is there a setting to adjust how loud the background music is so we can hear what the actors are saying better?”

There is something in settings to turn speakers ON, and we went 4 months wondering why the sound was so quiet and my nine year old found this speaker adjustment. Try that?
