No, this TV does not have an internet browser.

It has smartcast which is a browser of all the video apps such as YouTube, Prime video, netflix, etc. You can open an app from the tv browser or cast it from a smartphone, your choice. Some TV's at this price range don't have apps and are cast only or force you to use Roku. If you mean an internet browser, it does not have one but you can screen copy your phone to the TV. It also has free Vizio TV (like Pluto) which has a channel browser.
