“My TV has no sound unless I hit the home button to go to a smartcast screen and then change the input back to whatever I was watching and then sound works? How do I fix this? I have the latest update”

• Hello JJ, I would suggest rechecking for updates and also perform a reboot within the TV menu, Admin & Privacy, The at the bottom will see reboot TV.

• Try rebooting the tv; hit the menu button, admin & privacy, reboot tv. This has solved most problems I've had with 3rd party apps.
