• The MQ6 is a 60 Hz panel and doesn't have local dimming. MQX is 120 Hz with Local Dimming

• Better picture. If you are a gamer, this TV is 120 hertz as adverse to 60 hertz on the MQ6. Better contrast ratio (deeper blacks) has dimming zones, MQ6 does not.
