Is it possible for the subwoofer to turn on at the same time as the sound bar. Having an issue of them not coming on at the same time and when they are turned on they usually aren't paired. null

When I set up my sound bar system, I turn on my sub woofer first followed by the sound bar and the sub woofer automatically paired with my sound bar. I also noticed their is a pair button on the sub woofer that I could press if it didn't auto detect.

update firmware from the vizio app.. Aftwards sub should go into sleep mode when the bar loses power. And wake again when turned back on..

Do you have the smartcast app on your phone? have you tried unplugging them both and back again and do you have the User manual ?
