“My satilite speakers work great sometimes and not other. Can I turn up or adjust the two satilite speakers from the sound bar remote? I read somewhere how to do this but can not find it again. Please help. All is hooked up right.”

Yes, push the menu button until you see surround + then push the right level to raise the satellite speaker volume.
