• No, they will not. These are not cellular, they are home cordless devices. I haven't tested the range, but it's likely close to ~150ft.

• I would say that I am about 99% sure it will not reach any further than maybe 1000 feet from the base station. If you want three mile buy a good citizen band two way radio and have make sure there is a good line of sight between the two radios.

• No. The range signal does not reach that far. I'd guess maybe within the mile but nothing more. I believe it mentions something about 3,500 feet.
