“How can the volume of the handset microphone be increased? There is nothing about how to do that in the manual. When the handset is used hands free, the party on the other side o the line say they cannot hear us. Help!”

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech IS8151-5. The listening volume can be increased by pressing the DIR/Vol up button while on a call.
