Currently being used with Comcast/Xfinity as internet, cable and phone provider. Not sure on the spam blocking. Does have the feature of blocking future calls once the number has called you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Linda - Caller ID service is a subscription from your telephone service provided that will show the name or the number of the incoming call. The Smart Call blocker feature of the VTech SN5147 will not be able to screen/block calls if there is no phone number showing on the incoming call, hence Caller ID subscription is needed for the feature to work. The telephone system works with Comcast service. Thank you, -VTech Support
