“Can the auto attendant transfer to an extension where that extension has it own mailbox? And, if an outside call is answered at another extension we would like to transfer to that extension which has its own mailbox Thanks”

Jim - The VTech CM18045 is an expansion cordless handset for the telephone base CM18445. The phone system has an Auto Attendant feature that will direct your callers to select an extension unit. If the call is unanswered or if the unit is in use, mailbox of the destination extension will pick up the call to record a message.
