• Hi - Here's the instructions on how to transfer a call from the CM18045 to another system extension phone. Step 1: Press Menu/Select button during a call. Step 2: Press CID ▼ to scroll to Transfer, then press Menu/Select. Step 3: Press CID ▼ to scroll to the desired extension, then press Menu/Select. Thank you, -VTech Support
