Voice-mail on my V-Tech cordless phone, model CS6929-4, won’t work. I’ve went through the set up several times. It tells me it’s set up and display on phone indicates answering system is “on”. But when calling the number it says system has not been set up null

Zebh - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CS5119-2. Make sure that the number of rings of your Telephone service provider's Voicemail is 2 rings less than what is set on your answering machine. If this does not help, please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511. Thank you, -VTech Support
