If you've got a VTech that uses a BT18443 or BT28443 battery, expect four to six Hours of use time UNTIL they get some AGE on them !!! Then you'll be replacing them every 1 1/2 to 2 years !!! When these little skinny cordless phone batteries get Charged and Re-Charged over a period of time - - - - - - they get TIRED and need LOTS of Re-Charging sessions !!! New batteries for these units are NOT inexpensive !!! Have FUN while you can ! ! ! And other people I've talked to say very similar things about AT&T Panasonic Uniden RCA as well !! !!

I get on a lot of conference calls and just two days ago, it stayed full of power for over two hours straight with no warning beep so it could have gone much longer.

Maximum continuous talk time on a full charge is 7 hours. Your results will likely be less than the maximum.
