“vtech cs5119 want to connect this add-on to a vtech base. Base and other 2 vtech phones work great. New on displays "No line" and there is no dial tone. Advice?”

Hello Greg - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the phone sytem. The VTech CS5119-2 is not an expansion unit. It needs to be connected to an active line to function. Thank you, -VTech Support
