Please try again later.YouTube has a lot of unboxing videos for the Pro 24", I found it useful to watch the ones that showed them opening up the cord compartment at the back of it, setting it up and installing it. If the display is black but it's turned on, you'll probably have to pick a different cord configuration that they have drawn in the technical manual that comes with it. (Mine didn't work with just the C cable, for instance, so I had to use the HDMI and USB cables alongside it.) You don't have to register the device on Wacom's extremely slow website (grr) in order to use it.
