It does not come with Photoshop. You would need to own the application and have it installed. Yes, it must be connected to the computer or phone for usage. The version I bought supported Bluetooth plus USB for connectivity.

Depending on which model you purchase, there is a BT version that is compatible for both your computer and phone. I usually keep it plugged in via USB on my computer anyway though to keep the connection solid while drawing, but on mobile with a drawing app of your choosing, it's pretty smooth. Good luck!

Please try again later.It comes with three different programs - Corel Aftershot 3, Corel Painter Essentials 7 and Clip Studio, which are all great programs with functions similar to Photoshop... and yeah It needs to be plugged into your computer via USB port to see what you are drawing. I havent tried it with a phone. but for the price compared to other drawing tablets its been a great buy for me. :)
