• It comes with Clip Studio Paint pre installed along with all the default Google/Android apps. You can access Google Play to download other apps.

• Thank you for the question. Yes, the Wacom MovinkPad Pro 14 does have Wifi, and software is installed. The Google Play Store can also install software. Regards
