I didn't receive one either and after being on the phone with 5 different people asking if they could just send another one, I never got it. I looked for it in every possible email folder, but nothing. I hope you sorted it out and like the game.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was supposed to get this and another redeemable gift code in November of 2022 and still haven't gotten them. I ended up speaking with an agent in chat today and I have to call them tomorrow during normal business hours as they codes that were apparently sent one was expired and one was invalid. Ill update when and if they help me tomorrow.
